If we are unable to rank your product in the Esty top 10 for a particular keyword, which is highly unlikely, we will ask you to choose another keyword. If you wish not to, we will refund you 100% of your money. 

Also, if you’re unhappy with our service for whatever reason and cancel your order, we will give you a refund based on the number of days you did not rank in the Etsy top 10.
