If we are unable to rank your product in the Etsy top 15 within the designated timeframe for a specific keyword, which is highly unlikely, we will offer two options. You may choose to request a refund, or alternatively, we will extend your campaign for an additional 14 days at no extra cost. If, even after the extension, we still fail to rank your product, we will issue a complete 100% refund of the money you paid.

Also, if you’re unhappy with our service for whatever reason and cancel your order, we will give you a refund based on the number of days you did not rank in the Etsy top 15.
