Welcome to the Etsy Geeks Affiliate Program! You agree to comply with the following terms and conditions when signing up as an affiliate. Please read them carefully before promoting our services.

1. Enrollment: Once your application is submitted, we will review it and notify you via email upon approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Etsy Geeks Affiliate Program.

2. Commissions Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each successful referral that results in a completed order through their unique affiliate link. You’ll earn a commission if someone makes a purchase within 7 days after clicking your link. This 7-day window is tracked using browser cookies.

Tracking is based on a last-click attribution model. If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last affiliate whose link was clicked before the purchase will receive the commission. Please note that commissions may not be tracked if cookies are cleared or if users complete their purchase in incognito/private browsing modes.

Self-referrals or purchases made through your own affiliate link are strictly prohibited and will not be eligible for commission.

3. Payouts: Commissions will be paid via bank transfer. Payouts are processed monthly once you reach a minimum balance of $30. You will receive payout instructions and details via email after your application is approved.

Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or legal obligations related to commissions received.

4. Prohibited Activities Affiliates must promote Etsy Geeks in an ethical and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unwanted or repeated messages, such as mass emails, irrelevant comments, or posting promotional links in forums without permission
• Misleading or false advertising
• Fraudulent behavior, including signing up through your own referral link or trying to artificially increase commission earnings
• Any form of promotion that may damage Etsy Geeks' reputation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

5. Marketing Guidelines: Affiliates may use banners, links, and content provided by Etsy Geeks. Any custom promotional content must align with our brand and be approved if necessary. Affiliates may not modify, misrepresent, or misuse any Etsy Geeks trademarks, logos, or brand materials.

Unauthorized use may result in account termination.

6. Account Termination: Etsy Geeks reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if we determine a breach of these terms has occurred. Accounts that remain inactive (no clicks or sales) for more than 6 months may be subject to deactivation.

7. Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our affiliate dashboard at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability: Etsy Geeks shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or issues arising from affiliate misrepresentation.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.

By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
